The package arrived in poor condition with several impacts and significant damage to the item. The packaging was too weak for a package weighing nearly 100kg; a pallet underneath would have facilitated handling. I am waiting for the resolution of this issue!

We received the items in damaged conditions. it was wrapped with black plastic but when taking it off, the box was damaged already.

Fast delivery date and met my expectations; the roof tent is as expected and we can leave earphones and a blanket inside. As for mattress comfort, I bought an additional mattress topper.

The tent was shipped from the Fracji. Unprotected for transport, it arrived in Poland damaged. After reporting the issue and requesting a refund, the store insisted that I withdraw the dispute before issuing a refund. This was made as a necessary condition. I was supposed to receive the tent in a few days, but the matter took a month. I do not recommend it.

Very good quality, lighting and roof rail included, comfortable, it whistles a bit at 110 km/h but since I have no intention of reaching 200 km/h, it's fine for me. Plan for assistance with installation on the roof, 71kg.

After a long wait, I must say that I was followed in an excellent manner to ensure the delivery, and in any case, everything went well. The roof tent is beautiful and excellently finished, complete with a telescopic ladder, mattress, and internal LED light.

The tent really looks very high-quality. Compared to other sites where they cost 1000 or 2000€ more, no disappointment. I think these last ones are imported and modified, for example, to add insulation to the ceiling (on this one, there isn't any). On the other hand, it has everything to please: mosquito nets, LEDs, interior pockets, the mattress is great, I just tried it by lying in it. It's much bigger than we think inside, and with my height of 1.80m I can sit down without touching anything. we can have an aperitif and play cards. I have not yet installed the tent on the car so I cannot comment on this part yet, but I will try to do so. For the rest, I recommend.
